Chris Uhland, MBA, MS has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as Deputy Director of Operations Center, Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager for the United States Air Force. In 2014, they were a student in the Advanced Study of Air Mobility (ASAM) program at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. In 2015, they were Director of the Strategy Division, Strategist for Checkmate (AF/A3K) and Director of Strategic Initiatives for the United States Air Force. In 2016, they became Co-Founder of MilKEEP, LLC. In 2018, they were a Strategist for 4S - Silversword Software and Services, LLC and a Service Chief Fellow for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Chris Uhland has a well-rounded education background. Chris obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Logistics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, an MBA in Personal Financial Planning from City University of Seattle, and a B.S. in Physics and Astronomy & Astrophysics from Penn State University. Additionally, they have completed the Defense Strategy Course at The United States Army War College, the DoD Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP), USAF Air Command and Staff College, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and the Weapons Instructor Course at the United States Air Force Weapons School. Chris also holds an Airline Transport Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, which they obtained in July 2016.
