Gael Gay has held various roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Gael worked as an Operatore at Serfin 97 Srl. From 2015 to 2020, Gael held two roles at VMware, Enterprise Account Marketing and Marketing Account Development. In 2018, Gael moved to Cohesity and worked as a Business Development Representative. In 2020, Gael moved back to VMware as a Senior Inside Sales Representative. Later that same year, Gael returned to Cohesity as a Sales Development Representative, where their role included outbound B2B calling within the French market and identifying customer needs. In 2021, Gael began working at Milkman as Head of Sales France & Belgium.

Gael Gay obtained a Laurea breve in Ingegneria informatica from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2010 and 2014. Gael also holds two certifications, La gestion des grands comptes from LinkedIn obtained in April 2022 and a VSP 2016 certification from VMware.
