Shimone Louise Smith

Shimone Louise Smith currently serves as Acting HR Manager at MILKOR, having started in March 2024. Smith is also the Founder and CEO of SL Personnel, providing hands-on outsourced HR solutions since March 2020. Previously, Smith held the position of Human Capital Director at Nilundo Bizlearn Accelerator from January 2023 to February 2024, focusing on small business development. Prior experience includes roles in Human Resources at Cape Herb and Spice from September 2017 to November 2019 and at Masterparts from March 2017 to August 2017. Educational background includes a degree in Human Resource Management from CPUT (2009-2011) and a Premier Basic Certificate (VIP) from Softline VIP (2011).
