Fernando Picasso

Fernando Picasso has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Assistant General Manager at Milkshake Concepts since November 2020. Prior to this role, Fernando held the position of Proprietor at Consolidated Restaurant Operations, Inc. and served as Assistant General Manager at Cool River Cafe until April 2021, overseeing $8M in annual food and beverage sales and managing a staff of 60 employees. Fernando's background includes managing P&L statements, sales forecasting, and coordinating special events.
