Kristi Arndt

Kristi Arndt has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Indirect Lending Manager and Call Center Manager at City & County Credit Union since September 2008. In these roles, Kristi coaches the Call Center staff to deliver exceptional member service and sales, while also monitoring performance metrics. Prior to this, Kristi was the Branch Manager at Anchor Bank, N.A. from 2006 to 2008, performing similar coaching and performance monitoring functions. Kristi's educational background includes banking courses and customer service management from the National Bankers Association and a certificate in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Inver Hills Community College.
