The Human Resources Team at City & County Credit Union is responsible for fostering a productive and supportive work environment, developing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The team, comprising the Director of Human Resources, VP of Human Resources, and Organizational Development Manager, focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and maintaining a positive organizational culture to support the credit union's mission of enhancing the financial well-being of its members and community.
