MARTA FARRELL

Marta Farrell has over 30 years of legal experience, starting as a foreign associate at Baker & McKenzie in Tokyo. MARTA has worked as a Senior Attorney at HP/Agilent Technologies and Corporate Counsel and Director at Advanced Energy. Farrell was also the Division Counsel for Quanta Services, Inc. and Senior Division Counsel at Cypress Creek Renewables, where they provided legal guidance for commercial activities related to EPC projects, including drafting and negotiating renewable energy agreements. MARTA also worked as Of Counsel at MaxGen Energy Services and Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. Farrell's most recent roles include Division Managing Counsel for Energy at Cupertino Electric and Of Counsel at Mill Creek Renewables, where they are currently Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel.

Marta Farrell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin from 1978 to 1982. MARTA then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from South Texas College of Law Houston from 1982 to 1984. Later, they obtained an LL.M. degree in International Law Emphasis from the University of Washington School of Law from 1988 to 1989.
