Marti Downey

Marti Downey currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Littler, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Marti worked at Brookdale from August 2014 to October 2025, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President of Legal, Labor & Employment and Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment. Earlier career experience includes roles as an Associate at Waller from June 2011 to July 2014 and at Perkins Coie from October 2006 to May 2011. Marti holds a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Harding University.
