Reshwat Haque "Rumi"

Reshwat Haque "Rumi" has over 18 years of experience in the engineering industry, primarily in the solar power sector. Reshwat has held various roles that include EPC Project Engineer, Principal Mechanical/Project Engineer, PV Plant Developer/Owner's Project Engineer, Manager of Project Development and EPC Engineering, and Director of Project Engineering - Utility Solar & BESS. In their previous roles, they have provided technical support in project development, engineering and procurement, construction, and operations. Reshwat also managed multidisciplinary engineering teams and supported construction activities. Rumi has worked in companies such as Mill Creek Renewables, Urban Grid, First Solar, NRG Energy, WorleyParsons, and more.

In 1997, Reshwat Haque "Rumi" began pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a focus on Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics at Arizona State University. Reshwat completed their degree in 2000.
