Frank Tetel

Frank Tetel currently serves as Managing Director at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, leading multifamily community acquisition and development in the Carolinas since October 2024. Previously, Frank held the role of Managing Director at Grubb Properties from March 2015 to September 2024, overseeing acquisitions and dispositions totaling $1.4 billion for its Flagship Fund series and Opportunity Zone Fund. As Vice President at Prospect Property Group from October 2009 to March 2015, Frank managed investments in value-add apartment properties and their development. Frank began their career as a Senior Associate at Brightleaf Properties from 2004 to 2009, where support was provided for the acquisition and entitlement of residential subdivisions in Central Florida. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
