John Harkey

John Harkey has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. John currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Asset Management at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Asset Management at the same company from April 2016 to January 2021. Before joining Mill Creek, John worked as a Director at Greystar from January 2013 to April 2016. John also worked as an Investment Associate at Camden Property Trust from 2010 to January 2012. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Commercial Appraiser at Urban Realty Solutions in 2009 and as a Project Manager at Echelon Development LLC in 2007. Their career started at WCI Communities as a Project Manager in 2006.

John Harkey attended the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. John later returned to the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2005 to 2006.
