Joyce Lim-Westenburg

Joyce Lim-Westenburg has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries. Joyce is currently serving as the Vice President, Capital Markets - Development at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Joyce held positions at HSBC, where they worked as a Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Finance from February 2020 to May 2023, and as an AVP Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager from April 2017 to February 2020. Joyce also worked at Bank of China as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Banking Division from April 2015 to January 2017. Before that, they gained experience at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ as a Credit Analyst in the Asian Corporate Banking department from September 2011 to April 2015. Joyce's earliest work experience includes an internship at Renault in the International Mobility Service in 2010, an associate position at Creed Corporation in 2008, and an internship at BBC News in 2007. Joyce'sroles throughout their career have involved portfolio management, credit analysis, relationship management, and corporate banking.

Joyce Lim-Westenburg completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology at The University of Tokyo, from 2004 to 2008. Joyce then pursued their Masters in Multicultural Management at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, from 2009 to 2010. In the same period, they also obtained a second Masters degree in International Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
