Karen Schultz

Karen Schultz is an experienced purchasing and operations professional with a strong background in the construction and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC since February 2023, Karen previously held the same title at M/I Homes, Inc. from May 2013 to May 2019. With earlier roles including Operations Manager at Legacy Construction, Inc. and Corporate Buyer at Orlando Health, where responsibilities included procuring materials across five hospitals, Karen has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing purchasing functions, negotiating contracts, and overseeing projects. Karen started in the industry as Director of Purchasing at Lennar Homes following a promotion from Senior Construction Manager, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Seminole State College of Florida along with an Associate of Science in Architecture & Building Construction from Valencia College.
