Todd Hagood

Todd Hagood currently serves as the President of Construction for Texas at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Todd was the President of Modern Constructors from April 2019 to April 2023, overseeing multifamily construction projects in the Southwest United States. Todd also held significant positions at Urban Oaks Builders, initially as Vice President of Construction and later as Senior Construction Manager, contributing to Class A multifamily developments throughout Texas, Colorado, and Arizona. Before that, Todd was Vice President of Project Management & Construction at American Campus Communities, managing various design and construction projects for a leading public student housing REIT. Todd's experience includes project management roles at Pro West Constructors and SpawGlass Construction Corp., where responsibilities included managing budgets, schedules, and teams. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
