Fran Bogdanoff

Fran Bogdanoff has extensive experience in the field of education, particularly focusing on special education and services for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as Superintendent at the Mill Neck Family of Organizations since October 2013, Fran previously held the position of Assistant Superintendent for nearly two decades within the same organization. Prior experience also includes the role of Director of Pupil Personnel Services at the New York Institute for Special Education and as an English Teacher at the New York School for the Deaf. Fran's academic background features multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Master of Education (MEd) in Administration - Special Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Hearing Impairments from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Literature from American University.
