Allen Ennis

Allen Ennis has a strong background in the packaging industry, with extensive leadership experience. Allen is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Mill Rock Packaging Partners since June 2022. Before that, they held the same role at Everett Graphics from April 2021 to June 2022. Prior to their CEO roles, Ennis was the EVP at Pacific Southwest Container, LLC from November 2017 to December 2020. Allen also served as the VP & GM Global Beverage Business at Graphic Packaging International, Inc. from July 2015 to November 2017. Ennis was the President at Mondi Group from July 2014 to June 2015, leading the integration of Graphic Flexible Packaging. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, including President & SVP of the flexible business unit from July 2012 to June 2014 and VP & GM from April 2011 to July 2012. Ennis started their career as the Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Pacific Packaging Inc., where they worked from May 1994 to April 2011.

Allen Ennis attended Harvard University in 2017 to complete the Advanced Management Program AMP 192 in the field of study, but did not receive a degree. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law between 1991 and 1994. Allen obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, from 1986 to 1991.
