Bob Sylvester has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as Head of Brewery Operations at Mill Street Brewery since October 2020. Prior to this, Bob held various roles at Labatt Breweries of Canada from February 2003 to October 2020, including Technical Manager Craft and Specialty, where Bob provided technical support for craft breweries and played a pivotal role in packaging qualifications and specifications. Bob's expertise also includes roles as a Packaging Specialist, Returnable Packaging Manager, and Brewing Manager at Labatt, focusing on operations, budgeting, and quality management. Bob began their career as a Food Processing Technologist at H.J. Heinz Company and as a Quality Analyst at Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd. Bob holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Windsor.
