Karen Sinopoli

Karen Sinopoli, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Mill Town Capital since March 2021. Previously, Karen held multiple senior roles at PeoplesBank from November 2015 to December 2020, including First Vice President and Vice President, Controller. Prior to this, experience includes serving as AVP, Assistant Controller at Pittsfield Cooperative Bank and Berkshire Bank, alongside the role of Financial Reporting Manager at Berkshire Bank. Early career experience includes working as a Senior Auditor at Wolf & Company, P.C. Karen Sinopoli holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in International Business from Penn State University, complemented by study abroad at the University of Wollongong.
