Monica Willis, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources. Monica began their career at Tyco SimplexGrinnell in 1999 as an HR Manager and held the position until 2005. Monica then joined BHP Billiton as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, Monica joined Millar, Inc. as the Head of Human Resources and continues in this role currently.

Monica's educational journey culminated in the acquisition of their Master of Business Administration degree in Management from The University of Dallas, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005.
