Monica Willis, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in human resources. Monica began their career at Tyco SimplexGrinnell in 1999 as an HR Manager and held the position until 2005. Monica then joined BHP Billiton as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, Monica joined Millar, Inc. as the Head of Human Resources and continues in this role currently.

Monica obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Houston, where they attended from 1991 to 1995.
