Denisse Molina

Denisse Molina is a Human Resources Coordinator at Millbrook First Nation, supporting recruitment and managing employee records. As President of Latispanica Cultural Association, Denisse developed the organization's first Human Resources Manual and restructured the association for growth. Previous roles include Human Dynamics Intern at Placemaking 4G, where Denisse developed innovative organizational policies, and Disability Support Worker at Gateway Homes Inc., providing care for individuals with disabilities. Denisse has experience as a RISE Community Project Youth Mentor, Cisco Logistics Coordinator at Blue Ocean Contact Centers, and a Research Assistant in the Department of Psychology. Denisse holds an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Nova Scotia Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University.
