Ian Shields

Ian Shields serves as an Operations Manager at Ross Care since July 2023 and at Millbrook Healthcare since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Operations Service Manager at Portakabin and Operations Support Manager at Great Bear Distribution Ltd., where Ian managed a significant £5 million project to upgrade an operational site for fine wine storage. Additional experience as HDC Operations Manager at Wincanton involved overseeing two sites for the B&Q network, while earlier roles included Shift Controller at DHL and Transport FLM at Tibbett & Britten, focusing on warehouse operations and transport management. Ian is alumni of East Barnet School.
