Rachel Albers

Rachel Albers is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a People & Culture Advisor at Millbrook Resort since July 2024, Rachel also contributes as a Committee Member for the HRNZ local branch in Queenstown since July 2023. Previous roles include People and Performance Coordinator at RealNZ, Business and Development Manager/Project Manager at Clever Homes, and Office Manager/Planning Assistant at Brown & Company Planning Group. Rachel's diverse background also encompasses experience as a PIM Officer at Queenstown Lakes District Council and an English teacher at APAX English. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Organisational Psychology and History from Rhodes University and is currently pursuing further education in Employment Relations at the Southern Institute of Technology.
