Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Millennia

Kevin Hidenfelter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kevin started their career in 1999 at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they held various positions, including Healthcare Recruiter, Accounts Manager, Director of Business Development- CareFocus, and Area Vice President- Sales and Operations. During their time at Maxim, they managed operations, coached account managers, developed growth programs, and opened new locations.

In 2012, Kevin joined Kforce and served as Director of Business Development and ICD-10 Solutions Engagement Manager, Healthcare Solutions. Kevin supported the Solutions team, conducted assessments, and collaborated with the program manager to ensure deliverables were met. Kevin also served as the Client Development Director- Healthcare Information Technology and Revenue Cycle Solutions, where they achieved significant growth and trained sales and delivery teams.

From 2014 to 2015, Kevin worked as a Strategic Account Executive at himagine solutions, inc., managing business development efforts and collaborating with clients nationally and within the Mid-Atlantic market.

Kevin then joined nThrive in 2015 and held the position of Vice President, National Sales Leader - HIM Solutions. Kevin managed a national sales team focused on growth and market capture, achieving record-breaking growth through a metric-based sales approach. Kevin also redesigned the commercial organization and go-to-market strategy.

In 2016, Kevin became the Senior Vice President & General Manager, Mid America Zone at nThrive. Kevin drove sales strategy, managed a team, and launched a successful go-to-market strategy, leading to significant reductions in AR and impressive growth.

Kevin then moved to Ciox Health in 2017 and served as the Senior Vice President, Sales and Client Success - South Zone. Kevin was responsible for developing and delivering a growth-focused client success strategy and managing a team that achieved significant revenue goals.

Most recently, Kevin joined Millennia in 2022 as the Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Kevin is responsible for implementing an easy-to-use platform, managing the revenue cycle, and improving the patient's financial experience.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth and achieve revenue goals in the healthcare industry.

Kevin Hidenfelter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Inter Departmental Studies from West Virginia University. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) conferred by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
