Kelli Herrick

Kelli Herrick serves as the Director of Talent Strategy at Future Caucus since April 2024, following a position as Director of Talent at Venture For America from August 2021 to April 2024. Herrick's previous roles include Senior Manager of Selection at EdConnective and various leadership positions at DSST Public Schools over a span of 9+ years, culminating in the role of School Director. At DSST, Herrick focused on leadership development, coaching, and educational equity, achieving significant improvements in student performance. Additionally, Herrick's experience includes teaching and leadership roles with Teach For America and a background in outreach and recruitment at Case Western Reserve University. Herrick holds a Master's degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor's degree with honors in Medical Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University.
