Michael Fletcher, ARe, currently serves as the Business Intelligence Technical Lead at The Baldwin Group since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Business Information Architect and Business Intelligence Analyst at Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation from February 2020 to August 2021, and as Risk Manager and Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Anchor Insurance Holdings from April 2015 to February 2020. Michael began the career as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Guy Carpenter from May 2012 to April 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University, completed in 2012, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of West Florida, attained in 2010.
