Patricia Yim started their career as a Cost Accountant at Monarch Marking Systems in 1987. Patricia then worked as a Manager General Accounting from 1989 to 1995, and later became the Manager of Business Systems & Technology from 1995 to 1997 at the same company. Patricia then became the Director of Finance at MSA - The Safety Company from 1997 to 2001. From 2001 to 2002, Patricia worked as the Director of Finance at Carlson Marketing. Patricia then joined Aimia Inc as a Senior Director of Finance in December 2002 and held this role until February 2013. After that, they became a Consultant at itravel2000 from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they are working as the Senior Director of Finance at Millennium1 Solutions, starting in March 2014.

Patricia Yim's education history includes pursuing a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from Certified Management Accountants Ontario. Patricia also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business - York University, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from York University.
