Emy Villanueva, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Finance Services at SimCorp, overseeing the global finance services function since January 2024. Prior to this role, Emy held the position of Finance Shared Services Head at Menarini Asia-Pacific from December 2020 to January 2024, leading a team to manage the end-to-end finance accounting functions for the region. Emy also served as the Head of SSC Manila at DSV from December 2015 to September 2020, managing operational efficiency and stakeholder relationships within the shared service center. Earlier experience includes positions such as Regional Tax Ops & Compliance Manager at UTi Worldwide, Financial Reporting Head at Allegro MicroSystems, and various roles in accounting and finance. Emy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Philippine Christian University and is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration at De La Salle University.
