Jorge Beltran

Jorge Beltran currently serves as the Acting Director of International Security at the Millennium Challenge Corporation since November 2023, managing international security and threat management operations. Prior roles include Associate Director at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where responsibilities included leading the Insider Threat Program, and various positions at the U.S. Department of State and Millennium Challenge Corporation focusing on insider threats and counterintelligence. Jorge's experience also encompasses roles in the General Services Administration, Gemini Industries, Pluribus International, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Coast Guard, demonstrating extensive expertise in counterintelligence, security operations, and threat assessment. Education includes a BA in Homeland Security from American Military University, certification as an Emergency Medical Technician, and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Miami Dade College.
