Nandini Rao

Nandini Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and policy analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Millennium Challenge Corporation since February 2023, Nandini previously held the position of Senior Management Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from July 2019 to February 2023, acting as a senior advisor to the Chief Risk Office. Additionally, Nandini contributed as a Senior Policy Analyst (Detailee) at the Office of Management and Budget from February 2021 to January 2022. Nandini holds a PhD in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, a Master of Planning in Urban Planning/Housing from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
