Ahmed Abotaleb

Ahmed Abotaleb is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Millennium Hotels and Resorts since March 2014. In this role, Ahmed oversees all culinary activities, manages kitchen operations, trains staff, and handles budgeting and product purchasing. Previous positions include Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef de Cuisine, and Chef De Cuisine at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, where responsibilities included managing the main kitchen and ODC operations for a hotel with 300 rooms and multiple dining outlets. Early career experience includes serving as Chef De Partie at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel + Conference Centre. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant from Helwan University Cairo, obtained in 2002.
