Daniel Desbaillets

Daniel Desbaillets is an experienced hospitality professional who currently serves as an independent non-executive director at Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Daniel has previously held senior positions at a number of companies in the hospitality industry, including SaladStop Pte Ltd, FreshCreation Holdings Pte Ltd, TCC Land Leisure, and Fullerton Hotels and Resorts.

Desbaillets began their career in the hospitality industry in 1977, working as an assistant in the food and beverage department at Paris Hilton. Daniel quickly rose through the ranks and by 1979 was working as a hotel manager in Asia Pacific for InterContinental Hotels. In 2003 they were appointed as the chief operating officer of Millennium and Copthorne Asia Pacific, a position they held for two years before moving on to become CEO of Fullerton Hotels and Resorts.

In their most recent role at SaladStop Pte Ltd, Desbaillets was responsible for overseeing the company's operations in Singapore. Daniel was instrumental in developing the company's brand identity and expanding its footprint in the region.
