David Hassan

David Hassan is an experienced legal professional with a robust career spanning various roles in prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Company Secretary at Millennium Hotels and Resorts since February 2015, David has progressively held key positions, including Associate General Counsel for the UK and Europe and Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal for Europe. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Commercial Lawyer at British Telecom for a brief period in 2014 and as Assistant General Counsel at NetJets Europe from 2010 to 2014. David began the legal career as a Trainee at Allen & Overy from 2006 to 2008. Academically, David holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has educational roots from Christchurch Boys' High School and Flight Safety Academy in Vero Beach, Florida.
