Lexi House has a comprehensive background in hospitality management, with over 15 years of experience in revenue management and online distribution within prestigious hotel chains. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Online Distribution at Millennium Hotels and Resorts since January 2018, Lexi is responsible for optimizing online distribution channels and achieving revenue strategies across the global portfolio. Previous roles at Marriott International and Marriott Hotels involved driving hotel room revenues and RevPAR through strategic pricing and inventory management. Lexi began a career in various front office and operational roles, including supervisory positions, enhancing skills in guest relations and team management. Lexi holds a BA Hons in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Birmingham College of Food Tourism & Creative Studies.
