Richard Adler

Richard Adler is an accomplished hospitality sales executive with extensive experience in strategic account management and commercial performance. Currently serving as Vice President Sales for UK, EU, and Strategic Accounts at Millennium Hotels and Resorts since January 2017, Richard oversees the sales performance of 20 hotels and the company’s key strategic accounts, while also coordinating global sales activities and implementing recovery plans related to COVID-19. Previously, Richard held significant roles such as Commercial Director at The Doyle Collection and Vice President Sales and Marketing for Europe at Millennium and Copthorne Hotels. Richard's career also includes leadership positions at MWB Business Exchange, Barcelo Hotels UK, The Real Hotel Company, Rooster Creative Ltd., Thistle Hotels, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. Richard holds a degree from the University of Westminster.
