Tera Garner

Tera Garner possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and engineering roles, having served as a Cybersecurity Intelligence Analyst at Millennium Corporation and as an Engineer in Mission Assurance Services at Envistacom, providing critical support to CYBERCOM and JFHQ-DODIN. Tera has also held positions related to integrated assessments and cybersecurity management for the Office of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E), and developed expertise as a Cybersecurity Engineer III focused on Vulnerability and Risk Assessment at COLSA Corporation. Additional roles include serving as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the HQ Army Contracting Command and as a System Administrator III and Systems Engineer at DMI (Digital Management, Inc.).
