Terry Bachynski

Terry Bachynski, LL.B., ICD.D, serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. since January 2014 and is also a member of the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees. Additional roles include serving as an Advisory Board Member for Universe Machine and as President and CEO of JDEL Associates Ltd., providing regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder engagement consultation since 1998. Previous positions include Chair of the Advisory Board for Canterra Developments Corp, Advisory Board Member for Vanderwell Contractors (1971) Ltd. and Unified Alloys, and a board member for Young Life of Canada and Westmoreland Coal Company. Educational credentials include a law degree from Western University, completion of the Directors' Education Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and further studies at Queen's University and Harvard Business School.
