Alex Thompson began their work experience in 2009 as a Part Time Manager at Advance Auto Parts, where they worked until 2016. In 2013, Alex also worked as an Engineering Co-op at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, handling quality control, data analysis, and collaborating with different departments. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Team Captain for Auburn Hyperloop at Auburn University. In 2016, Alex joined LSINC as a Mechanical Engineer and later worked at Millennium Engineering and Integration and Axient as a Technical Lead and Lead Project Engineer, respectively.
Alex Thompson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, from the years 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Sparkman High School, earning an Advanced Diploma from 2006 to 2010.
