Carissa Novak

Carissa Novak is an accomplished professional with significant experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as a Territory Manager at Millennium Health since October 2018, Carissa has achieved recognition as a two-time Presidents Club Winner. Prior to this role, Carissa held various positions at CycleBar, including Director of Sales and Operations and General Manager, where responsibilities included managing the operations of 16 studios, overseeing financial aspects, and leading sales initiatives. Earlier experience also includes a position as a Membership Consultant at Orangetheory Fitness. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky.
