Bella Cross currently serves as an Analyst at Millennium, a position held since July 2023, following a summer internship at the same company in 2022. Bella has extensive leadership experience, having acted as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Industry Immersion between April 2021 and May 2022, where responsibilities included facilitating DEI events and promoting discussions among executive team members.
