Imogen Tucker

Imogen Tucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. At Millennium, from July 2021 to January 2025, Imogen held positions including HR Process Improvement Lead, HR Operations Lead, and Human Resources Analyst, demonstrating a strong focus on enhancing HR processes. Prior to this, Imogen contributed to the Warwick Welcoming Service as a WWS Ambassador from October 2018 to July 2021 and volunteered with Girlguiding from April 2013 to August 2018, where leadership skills were cultivated through organizing events for young girls. Additional experience includes serving as a Tutor while self-employed and working as a Legal Intern at Grech and Grech. Imogen holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Warwick, completed in June 2021, following A-Levels at Southend High School for Girls.
