Lena Tamarkin

Lena Tamarkin is Global Head of Human Resources and is responsible for all areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partners and HR Services.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2008, Lena was with Moore Capital Management in Human Resources from 2004, and prior to that, she was a Human Resources Associate for Nordstrom.

Lena received a BA in Psychology, cum laude, from Syracuse University. She received her Master’s in Human Resources Management & Development with a Concentration in Organization Effectiveness from New York University.
