Lucy Pollard

Lucy Pollard serves as the Global Head of Employee Experience and Engagement at Millennium since May 2021, overseeing Leadership, Learning, Development, Culture, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Previously, Lucy held multiple Vice President roles focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development at Goldman Sachs from March 2010 to May 2021. Lucy's career began at Accenture as a Consultant in the People and Change team, where responsibilities included change management and HR transformation for various high-profile clients. Lucy also contributed as the Vice President of People Development at AIESEC, focusing on member development and international teaching initiatives in China. Lucy Pollard earned a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Bristol and completed A-Levels at Christ's Hospital with notable results.
