Jacqueline Cardillo

Jacqueline Cardillo is an accomplished leader in training, development, and organizational culture with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Culture & Communication at Millennium Physician Group since June 2017, Jacqueline previously held significant roles including Vice President of Learning & Development at AdvantageCare Physicians, where an infrastructure for talent development was established for a large medical group, and Director of Training Operations at NewYork Presbyterian Hospital, where training initiatives were aligned with strategic goals. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, contributing to corporate training, performance management, and customer service strategies. Jacqueline holds a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Mercy University.
