Joe Biscardi

Joseph Biscardi is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Millennium Physician Group since January 2017. In this role, Joseph oversees a comprehensive network of primary care and specialty medical practices, walk-in clinics, and various healthcare services across Florida and Texas, managing a team of over 800 physicians and specialists with revenues amounting to $1.7 billion. Prior to this, Joseph held significant positions at 21st Century Oncology from 1997 to 2016, where roles included Senior Vice President, Assistant Treasurer, and Controller, and an interim position as Co-Chief Financial Officer. Earlier experience includes a tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, focusing on business assurance services and auditing, as well as a foundational role at Nassau Community College in coordinating accounting education.
