Mindy Hansen

Mindy Hansen is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Millennium Physician Group since November 2020, Mindy has held various HR roles, including Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Sr. HR Retention & Employee Relations Specialist. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Partner at Gulf Coast Village and a freelance recruiter, working with national companies on full-cycle recruiting and HR projects. Mindy’s extensive experience spans roles at Hope Healthcare, Famous Dave's of America, C.H. Robinson, and The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley, where duties ranged from recruiting to strategic management of HR functions. Mindy began a career in operations and administrative support, initially as an Executive Assistant at The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley and RCM. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Philosophy with a minor in Psychology from Cornell College.
