Tracy Gulliksen

Tracy Gulliksen is an experienced facilities and property manager with a career spanning over two decades in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Facilities Manager and Property Manager at Millennium Real Estate Services, LLC since August 2006, Tracy oversees multiple residential properties, including elderly and disabled housing under Section 8 and various tax credit units. Prior experience includes positions at AIMCO, Boston Financial Group, and Avalon Properties, with a focus on managing properties designed for families and the elderly. Tracy holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Middlesex Community College, completed between 1982 and 1985.
