Ajay Anand has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. In 2007, they worked as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group for a year. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a career as an actor with their own website, www.ajayanand.net. In 2012, Ajay served as a Strategy Consultant for the United Nations World Food Programme. In 2013, they founded Millennium Software and Staffing, a global IT firm focused on business development. Also in 2013, they founded Systmapp, an enterprise software company that provides solutions to the UN in various countries. Currently, Ajay is the Founder of Rare Carat, a venture they started in 2016. In addition to their professional endeavors, they have also pursued their passion for travel photography by documenting their travels to 120 countries at www.ajayanandphotography.com.

From 1999 to 2003, Ajay attended Detroit Country Day School, where they received their High School degree.

From 2003 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

In 2008 and 2009, Ajay enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, where they studied Acting and Screenwriting.

From 2011 to 2013, Ajay pursued an MBA/MA in Management at The Wharton School, and simultaneously obtained a Master's Degree in International Studies from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania.

In 2013, they also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD.
