Senthil Kumar is a Technical Recruiter at MILLENNIUM SOFTWARE. Senthil has previously worked as an Oracle Application DBA at Great Mind Technologies from November 2010 to June 2014, where they were responsible for performing daily Health checks, creating user accounts, granting privileges to users, and managing user profiles through the SYSADMIN responsibility. Senthil also troubleshot problems related to Apache, Reports, and Forms, and applied data fixes in DEVP, TEST, and PRODUCTION environments.

In addition, Senthil Kumar has experience in performing custom patching, ADpatching, and Opatching; maintaining the Application file system using utilities such as Adadmin, Adctrl, Adpatch, Autoconfig, and Adrelink; monitoring all concurrent managers; resolving issues related to concurrent programs; and planning and maintaining Database backups. Senthil has also performed database cloning in Single Node environments and monitored ASM disk groups and disks in production databases.

Senthil Kumar has experience in upgrading databases from 10.2.0.4 to 11gR2 in UAT environments, as well as backing up databases using RMAN and exporting/importing database backups using Exp/Imp and Data pump utilities. Senthil is also skilled in creating and scheduling Shell Scripts, Linux OS installation, and configuring/implementing RMAN backups.
