Rob Pasma is currently the Lead Mechanical Ground Support Equipment Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, where responsibilities include designing and analyzing mechanical tooling for the assembly and testing of space vehicles. Previously, Rob worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Boeing, focusing on the design and analysis of aircraft structures for interior modifications, and served as an F/A-18 Liaison Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where duties included managing nonconforming parts and supporting production line technicians. Additional experience includes an engineering internship at Northrop Grumman, a teaching assistant role in a machine shop at UCSB College of Engineering, and an ocean engineering internship at UCSB Marine Science Institute. Rob Pasma earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2018.
