James Rader PMP, CSM

James Rader has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. James is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Millennium Systems International. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Product Management at Revalize and as the Vice President of Operations at Xcelocloud Inc.

James also held positions as the Director of Product Management at WorkTango Inc. and as an Independent Consultant at IONIC Consulting Services.

Before that, they worked at StayNTouch as Product Management/Strategy and at Lone Wolf Technologies as the Senior Director of Engineering and the Director of Product Operations.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Oracle as a Product Manager and at MICROS Systems Inc as a Product Manager in both the E-Commerce and F&B divisions.

James Rader PMP, CSM has a diverse education history. In 2017-2018, they attended the Vista Equity Partners High Potential Leadership Program 9.0, where they focused on the Management and Operation of Software Companies as part of their Executive Development studies. Additionally, their educational background includes a degree in Computer Science from Hodges University. As for certifications, James Rader has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2014. James also achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2014.
